In a previous blog post I had announced that I was going to reset this New Year by going on Banana Island for 2 weeks. After hearing about FullyRaw Kristina's 21 Day Challenge I have decided to follow her guidance & reset with eating FullyRaw instead. The 21 Day Challenge is completely free and it starts January 5th and concludes January 25th. It takes 21 days to make a habit and I am ready to take the challenge!
