I'm so excited to make the very best out of 2014! Many people find that the new year is the perfect time to start fresh and live a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Mercola has put together this awesome infographic that outlines 11 basic guidelines for health & longevity. I think it is a great resource for those transitioning into a natural, healthy lifestyle and a reminder for those whom are living healthy already.

I need to start eating & drinking more fermented foods. I have began "greening" my beauty routine and buy organic, nonGMO foods whenever possible. I can't wait to live in the Caribbean, this New England winter is getting to me already. I miss the sun oh so much and my body is craving that vitamin D!
I'm super excited to start the FullyRaw Challenge, it will be the perfect way to reset my palate and stop craving junk. I also plan to practice yoga & exercise daily! My fiance and I plan to get back into the gym routine tomorrow afternoon. I'm so excited!
Remember, you are what you eat… so don't be quick, easy or cheap! ;)

Great post!! I really need to drink more water. It's hard to get 8 glasses a day!

Happy New Year Jessica! Great guidelines and tips! I'm definitely focusing in on getting daily exercise in and continuing to eat healthy...gotta shed this baby weight, it's tougher the third time around yikes!
