Julie also answers the top 10 at-work yoga questions which provides great information! I especially love this book because it introduces me to new poses that were not apart of my practice. I also love the tips in the Good Day Yoga & Get Fit Yoga Poses chapters. My goal for this week is to get up an hour earlier than normal and incorporate yoga practice into my morning routine. Julie explains that, "the more consistent you are with your yoga practice the more benefits you will get. By being consistent with your routine you will find it soon becomes an essential part of your day, just like eating breakfast or showering" (page 56)

With over 120 poses detailed and photographed and 25+ expertly tailored yoga sessions, Just Do Yoga is the definitive guide for anyone wanting to learn the art of yoga or deepen their understanding of this ancient practice. 
I highly recommend this book as it is a great tool to take your yoga practice to the next level.
