Jule Schoen, yoga expert, author, and contributor at Yoginiology.com, makes practicing yoga fun and simple in her complete guide for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and beyond! The popularity of yoga continues to skyrocket thanks to the ancient practice's ability to improve the lives of all who devote time to learning its techniques. More than just physical poses, yoga is understand how to reunite the mind, body, and soul. The result is powerful healing and amazing, youthful health and appearance for life.

This book is perfect for anyone who wants to begin (or learn more) about incorporating yoga into a healthy lifestyle. There is 465 pages filled with information and tutorials. There are also eight chapters that divide the information into different sections: Good Day Yoga, Good Night Yoga, Flat Tummy Yoga, Happy Back Yoga, Stress Less Yoga, Super Immunity Yoga, At Office Yoga & Get Fit Yoga Poses. Julie explains how to set up your at home yoga practice, the benefits of different flows and explains how to complete each & every pose. Just Do Yoga is filled with photographs of each pose so it is easy to visually understand.

The "At Office Yoga" is perfect for those that have a sedentary office job and want to incorporate some yoga into their days. Julie also answers the top 10 at-work yoga questions which provides great information! I especially love this book because it introduces me to new poses that were not apart of my practice. I also love the tips in the Good Day Yoga & Get Fit Yoga Poses chapters. My goal for this week is to get up an hour earlier than normal and incorporate yoga practice into my morning routine. Julie explains that, "the more consistent you are with your yoga practice the more benefits you will get. By being consistent with your routine you will find it soon becomes an essential part of your day, just like eating breakfast or showering" (page 56)

With over 120 poses detailed and photographed and 25+ expertly tailored yoga sessions, Just Do Yoga is the definitive guide for anyone wanting to learn the art of yoga or deepen their understanding of this ancient practice.
I highly recommend this book as it is a great tool to take your yoga practice to the next level.
